Introducing a product range of technically advanced Double Sided Tape systems proven Worldwide and suited to New Zealand’s varied environment and applications. These products can often replace traditional fastening methods such as wields, reverts, & structural adhesives. This range is custom slit in New Zealand to various width sizes to accommodate specific customer requirements. Also tape roll lengths can be produced to suit customer & market requests. The Ultra High Bond Double Sided products are made from a technically advanced closed cell Acrylic Foamed adhesive core. This acrylic core is viscoelastic in nature; the viscos properties means the adhesive will flow into microscopic surface irregularities to form a strong mechanical bond. While the elastic properties allow the UHB to absorb dynamic loads & accommodate degrees of differential expansion between substrates. The UHB comes in a coated form with modified acrylic to enhance initial bonding adhesion levels.
